Privacy policy
Effective from 18 October 2026
This policy explains how MobilaisServiss processes the personal data you provide when requesting a repair, calling or messaging us, in line with the GDPR and Latvian law.

2. Data we process
Name, phone number, car make, model and registration plate, address/location for the mechanic's visit, problem description, preferred time, and attached photos or videos.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Handling your request, contacting you by phone/SMS/WhatsApp, arranging the visit and doing the repair (contract); invoicing (legal obligation); job history for warranty (legitimate interest).
4. Recipients
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Only technical service providers, our accountant and authorities where required by law may access it.
5. Retention
Requests without a completed job: up to 12 months; job and invoice data: up to 5 years as required by accounting law.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — email mobilaisserviss@inbox.lv. You may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
